(3)by posting a copy of the notice at the mal-cutcherry of the estate or tenure to which the notice relates, or, if no such mat-cutcherry be found, on some conspicuous place on such estate or tenure and, in the case of estates paying their annual revenue by four instalments, by delivering another copy thereof to the agent who shall have paid an instalment of revenue next after the preparation of such notice. In all case where two or more persons are holders of an estate or tenure, service under this clause shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service on each and all of such persons.
