Section 39(4) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(4)The Commission may, by special or general order direct that, in addition to the submission of the annual statements of accounts under clause (2), the Licensee shall submit to the Commission or such other authority as the Commission may designate in this behalf such additional information as it may require for the purpose.
