(2)The Board shall be a body corporate by the name of the [***] [The word " Indian" omitted by Act 54 of 1954, Section 6. ]Rubber Board having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable, and to contract, and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
