As per office report dated 30.10.2023, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow, in compliance of the order dated 28.10.2023, has submitted a report dated 30.10.2023 regarding the living status of the applicant, by which it has been reported that applicant-Ashish Kumar Agarwal has died on 29.04.2021.
In view of the aforesaid report, the above-captioned applications under Section 482 Cr.P.C. are hereby dismissed as abated.
