Section 6(1) in THE TELANGANA STATE BUILDING PERMISSION APPROVAL AND SELF CERTIFICATION SYSTEM (TS-bPASS) ACT, 2020
(1)The applications for Layouts will be processed through the Self-Certification System in accordance with the Layout rules, and as notified in the Master Plan or Detailed Planning Scheme or Local Area Plan, in the manner as may be prescribed. Once all requisite documents are submittedand required fee is paid through a web-based online system, the tentative Layout Plan shall be approved within a period of 21 days and will be communicated online in order to carry out the infrastructure activities and provision of amenities in the defined time frame.
