Section 11(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Guidelines for Redressal of Grievances) Regulations, 2008
(1)The licensee will set up a mechanism at Circle level for close monitoring of the grievances redressal. The information will be compiled at corporate level ensuring the adherance of the time schedule laid down by the Commission.
