Section 5(3) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Rules, 1953
(3)If the society intends to be a member of a Central Society, another copy of the bye-laws signed by the president of the inaugural general meeting, in addition to the copy of the bye-laws which are required under sub-section (3) of Section 10 of the Act, shall be forwarded therewith.
