10. The method of recruitment and conditions of service of officers and staff.
(1)The State Government shall provide such other officers and staff as may be necessary to the Authority. The method of recruitment and conditions of service and the powers and duties of the commissioner and other officers and staff of the Authority shall be such as may be determined by regulations.(2)The Administrative expenses, salary and allowances of the officers and staff of the Authority shall be defrayed out of the fund of the Authority.Chapter-IV Powers and Functions of the Authority
