Section 36(i) in The Rajasthan Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur Act, 2000
(i)a grant not less then the expenditure incurred in the State on such of the Activities of the Institutions of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and other Government Departments as are transferred to the University;
