Section 7(1) in The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
(1)For the purposes of registration; an application shall be made to the Registrar in the form prescribed and shall be accompanied by four copies of the proposed bye-laws of the society and such registration fee as may be determined by the Registrar. Different registration fees may be determined for different classes of societies, regard being had to the service involved in processing an application for registration.
