(3)The accounts when audited shall be published by the Syndicate in such manner as may be prescribed by the ordinances and copies thereof shall be submitted to the Senate at its next meeting and to the [Chancellor and to the Government] [Substituted by Alagappa University (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1987).] within three months of such publication.
