Section 45(3) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(3)All applications for patents in respect of such investigations shall be filled in by Registrar of the University or jointly by the Registrar and the sponsoring agency in respect of joint patents. The investigators concerned shall not have any personal rights in respect of patents obtained or the results of their investigations.
