(2)Technical Committee Review Meeting may be called by giving not less than clear twenty-one days' notice either in writing or through electronic mode in such manner as prescribed in these rules:Provided that such meeting may be called after giving a shorter notice period, hot less than clear seven days' notice, if Chairperson of the committee deems necessary to hold such meeting.
