The Crl. Appeal No. 577/2000 has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 22.8.2017. Vide order dated 28.5.2018 in Crl.M.A. No. 9841/2018, the sureties in the instant case were discharged in as much as the fine in the instant case had been deposited. Vide order dated 20.9.2018 qua Crl.M.A. No. 32623 to 32624/2018 it was specifically directed that if the amount required to be deposited towards fine in terms of the judgment dated 17.2.2018 had been deposited, the concerned Joint Registrar (Judicial) after verification would consider the cancellation of the endorsement on the FDR of the sureties which were furnished with the bail bonds. Vide order dated 17.11.2018 of the JR (Judicial) the endorsement on the original FDR from account No.3711355711 was cancelled. The present application has been filed by the applicant by counsel of surety Mr.Ravinder Bhalla seeking direction to the Punjab National Bank at Ghaziabad, to enable the applicant to encash the FDR No. 1643100053525 submitting to the effect that the bank concerned has not released it in view of order dated 6.9.2017 of the Court.

It is essential to peruse the record where the details of FD No. 1643100053525, are mentioned. The Registry shall flag the same for the next date of hearing.
