Section 6(h) in The Rajasthan Grant-in-Aid to Agricultural Institutions Rules, 1977
(h)The management shall implement the order passed by the appellate authority mentioned in (g) above within three months of the receipt of the copy thereof unless such implementation is stayed by the order of any court or any higher authority.
