In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 33 of the Act the State Government hereby appoints every revenue court and every revenue officer, not inferior in rank to an inspector of land records, within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the whole or some portion of the land to which a lease or counter parts related is situated, to be the authority competent to attest such documents.
