(3)During these inspections, defects and errors detected should be explained to the subordinates and orders should be issued for future guidance. Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners should see that the orders issued are carried out.At the end of each inspection, the Deputy Commissioner should note exceptionally good or bad work done by officers.A brief note of each inspection should be sent to the Commissioners for his information.
