(1)All Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations made under the Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987 (Act No. 38 of 1987) shall, in so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and shall continue to be in force until they are suspended or modified by the Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made under this Act.
