279. Printed forms only to be used.
- Printed forms only should be used in the preparation of estimates. Forms relating to the provincial heads of revenue and expenditure are supplied by the Superintendent, Government Printing, Bihar, and those relating to the central heads by the Accountant-General, Bihar. If any provision is required to be made under any detailed head not included in the printed forms, it should be entered in manuscript.
