(3)The member secretary of the Town Vending Committee shall convene the general meeting of the Town Vending Committee as per directions of the chairperson of the said committee and items contained in the agenda of the meeting, duly approved by the chairperson, shall be circulated among the members at least fifteen days before the date fixed for the meeting and such notice shall also be put on the designated website of the local authority.
