15 23-01-2019Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for adjournment due to non-availability of learned Senior counsel.
These are old matters of 2010-11 and have been lingering for a long time. However, this Court is granting one last indulgence so the matter may finally be disposed of after Patna High Court CWJC No.12590 of 2011(15) dt.23-01-2019 14/14 hearing the parties.
Let the matter be listed on 20 th February, 2019. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted to the parties on the next date.
Meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent State may categorie the cases listed on the Board with reference to the individual case number as to which are appointees of 1982-83, and which are not appointees of 1982- 83, giving case number of the others also who are not appointees of 1982-83. Such common list be submitted on the next date after verification by both sides, to the Court Master for facilitating consideration on the next date positively by 11 th February, 2019.
