Section 19(4) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(4)[ The term of office of members of the board other than ex-officio members shall be three years.] [As amended by the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University (Second Amendment) Act, 1976 (Act No. 50 of 1976).]Provided that no member of the board who is nominated shall continue to be a member of the Board on his ceasing to hold the office by virtue of which he has been nominated as member of the Board.
