Section 118 in The Maharashtra Maritime Board Act, 1996
118. Repeal of Mah. Ord. XVI of 1996 and saving.
(1)The Maharashtra Ord. XVI of 1996 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, or taken as the case may be under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
