Section 1 in The Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954.

(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3)It shall come into force at once.
