Section 13(2) in AADHAAR (AUTHENTICATION AND OFFLINE VERIFICATION) REGULATIONS, 2021
(2)The decision of the Authority to reject the application shall be communicated to the applicant in writingwithin thirty days of such decision, stating therein the grounds on which the application has been rejected.
