- Every subordinate court shall submit to the District Judge by the 2nd of every month a statement in Form No. 146 of the pending cases in that court at the close of the preceding month.The District Judge shall by the 7th day of every month send to the High Court a similar statement regarding his court along with the monthly statement of other courts subordinate to him.
