Section 23 in The Karnataka Private Medical Establishments Act, 2007
23. Powers of State Government to give directions to the Registration Authorities.
The State Government may give such directions to the Registration Authority as are in its opinion necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act. The State Government shall record the reasons necessitating issuance of the said directions and it shall be the duty of the Registration Authority to comply with such directions.
