8. Period within which negotiation for purchase of car may be completed.
- A Minister who draws as advance in India or the purchase of a motor car shall complete negotiations for the purchase of, and make final payment for the motor car, within one month of the date on which he draws the advance, failing which the full amount of the advance drawn, with interest thereon for one month, shall be refunded to Government.
