Section 35(1) in The Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University Act, 2004
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely:(i)the Vice-Chancellor, Ex-officio Chairperson;(ii)two persons nominated by the Board from amongst its members;(iii)the Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, in charge of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Joint Secretary.(iv)the Secretary to the Government of Karnataka, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of a Joint Secretary.(v)the Comptroller of the University who shall be the Ex-Officio Secretary of the Committee.
