560. Affidavits.
- An affidavit intended to be used in opposition to or in support of the petition shall be filed not less than seven days before the date fixed for the hearing thereof and notice of the filing thereof shall be given to the petitioner or his Advocate on the day on which the affidavit is filed. If any person fails to comply with this rule.the affidavit, unless the Judge otherwise directs, shall not be used at the hearing of the petition.
