Section 95(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)After the result of voting recorded in Control Unit has been ascertained candidate-wise, and entered in Form - XXXII and in the form prescribed for this purpose, the Returning Officer shall reseal the unit with his seal and the seals of such of the candidates or their election agents present who may desire to affix their seals thereon, so however that the result of voting recorded in the unit is not obliterated and the unit retains the memory of such result and where printer for paper trail is used, the returning officer shall seal the paper slips in such manner, as may be directed by the State Election Commission.
