40. Register of cultivators and crops.
- A register showing the names of persons who have cultivated the lands in a village, the crops grown therein and the area in which they are grown and where the lands are not cultivated, the names of persons in actual possession shall be maintained in every village. It shall be in the form of a separate card in Form XIII in respect of each survey number or sub-division of a survey number and shall be printed below the record of rights in Form I. Entries in the register shall be made every year in the manner provided in rules 41 and 42.
