Section 294(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)If any difficulty arises in first giving effect to the provisions of this Act or as to the first constitution or reconstitution of any Gram Panchayat, Mandal Praja Parishad or Zilla Praja Parishad after the commencement of this Act, the Government, as occasion may require, may by order published in the Telangana Gazette, do anything which appears to them necessary for removing the difficulty.
