49. Inspection by Secretary Level Committee.
- The Secretary Level Committee established under sub-section (1) of section 48 of this Act may carry out an inspection of the University as and when directed by the Government and verify and ensure compliance of the requirements of the guidelines issued by the State Government or the Central Government, from time to time, relating to the establishment of self-financed universities and of the compliance of the provisions of the relevant laws for the time being in force.
