Section 45(1) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)The meetings of the Town and Country Development Authority shall be held at such time and at such place as may be laid down by regulations :Provided that until regulations are made in this behalf such meeting shall be convened by the Chairman.
