Section 15(1) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(1)The Members of the Parishad shall constitute from amongst themselves, an Executive Committee called "Karyya Nirvahaka Samiti" to perform such functions as may be delegated to it by the Parishad.
