1. On the report of Venography being placed on record, learned senior counsel Mr.Ponda makes a statement that after screening colonoscopy, which is advised and which is likely to be performed at the earliest, the applicant-Babulal Varma is ready to surrender before 5.00 p.m. on 18/06/2022. The statement is accepted.
2. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, Interim Application No.1496 of 2022 which was fled, seeking release of the applicant on medical grounds, stands disposed off.
3. Needless to state that, whatever follow-up action has been advised by the Associate Professor & Unit Head and communicated to the Medical Superintendent, J. J.
