Section 13(2) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
(2)A local committee shall consist of-(a)Deputy Commissioner of a District ;(b)District Social Welfare Officer-Member-Secretary ;(c)a representative of a registered organization ; and(d)a person with disability shall have the same meaning as defined in section 2 of the Jammu and Kashmir Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation), Act, 1998.
