Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Rehabilitation of Beggars or Indigents Act, 2012
(1)The State Government shall, establish and maintain as many Rehabilitation Homes as may be necessary for the reception, maintenance, treatment, training, education and rehabilitation of beggars or indigents for purposes of this Act.
