Section 5(2)(ii) in Tamil Nadu Payment of Pension to Tamil Scholars and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1983

(ii)where the grantee is the son or brother of the martyr or the person referred to in clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3, on his attaining the age of eighteen years.
