Section 17(1) in The West Bengal Special Economic Zone Act, 2003.
(1)There shall be a Fund to be called the Special Economic Zone Development Authority Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "fund") to be held, by the authority in trust for the purposes of this Act and all monies realised or realisable under this Act, and all monies otherwise received by the authority, shall be credited thereto.
