13. Offences by Companies, Firms and Partnerships.
- Where the occupier of a Sugar factory is a Company, Firm or a Partner or a Society or Other Association, any one or more of the partners or members or directors thereof, as the case may be, shall be prosecuted and punished for any offence committed under this Act.
