(1)The Lokayukta shall present annually a consolidated report on the work done under this Act to the State Government.(2)On receipt of annual report under sub-section (1), the State Government shall cause a copy thereof to be laid before the State Legislature along with a memorandum of action taken on the recommendations of the Lokayukta and the reasons for non-acceptance of the recommendations, if any.
