(b)In respect of claims for subsequent months(i)a certificate from the Commanding Officer to the effect that no Government accommodation has been provided since the issue of the order referred to in clause (a) (i);(ii)certificate and particulars as required in sub-clauses (ii) and(iii)of clause (a).
