(3)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the Board shall have the power to make regulations in respect of any matter for the proper exercise of its powers under this Act.[Provided that any decision or action taken or any order made by the Board in the discharge of its functions under this Act shall not be invalid merely on the ground that no regulation has been made under this sub-section.] [Added by Act No. 10 of 2014, dated 13.8.2014.]
