Section 8(1) in Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986
(1)The Government may, either suo motu or on application by any person aggrieved by an order of the appellate authority under section 7, call for and examine the record of any order passed by the appellate authority for the purpose of satisfying themselves as to the legality, propriety or regularity of such order and pass such order thereon as they think fit,
