Section 4(1) in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Act, 2003
(1)Where the State Government after such inquiry as it may deem necessary, is satisfied that Hydrocarbons Education And Research of University Society has fulfilled the conditions specified in sub-section (2) of Section 3. it may direct the Hydrocarbons Education And Research Society to establish an Endowment Fund.
