Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Acting Chief Justice (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following substantive reliefs:
"A. That the respondent No.1 may be directed to constitute the State Human Rights Commission and 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?Yes ::: Downloaded on - 04/05/2023 20:38:40 :::CIS 2 make it functional by making appointment of the Chairpersons and Members in accordance with Section .
21 of the Protection of Human Rights Act.
B. That the respondent No.1 may further be directed to initiate appropriate action under Section 30 of Protection of Human Right Act for constitution of Human Rights Courts within the State. C. That the respondents may further be directed to fill-up the future vacancies in State Human Rights Commission not later than 3 months from the date such vacancy occurs."
2. Now with the appointment of Lokayukta, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly, so also the pending application(s), if any.
