Section 32(2) in Karnataka Marriages (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976
(2)in sub-section (1) of section 69-X, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-"(c) offence punishable under section 20, 21 or 22 of the Karnataka Marriages (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1976."
