Section 20A(2) in Telangana Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975
(2)The owners of the land purchased under subsection (1) shall-(a)form into a co-operative society; and(b)submit a declaration to the Authority in such form and in such manner and containing such particulars as may be prescribed.
